Our comprehensive suite of professional services caters to a diverse clientele

Intro Package

90 minutes in which we will get to know each other so some talking, about 15 minutes followed by a 75-minute massage. $100

Standard Package

90 Minutes is the perfect massage length, in my opinion. Much can be accomplished within that length of time. $125

Here are a few modalities that I will use in your session:

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release, or MFR is a manual therapy technique that uses deep, gentle pressure and stretching to treat muscle tension and pain.

IASTM

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue mobilization uses specific tools to warm and target adhesions (sticky spots like scars and other restrictions) in order to restore range of motion and resiliency to soft tissue.

Percussion

This modality uses the type of massage gun you might be familiar with – the one that still can’t reach that spot on your back! Well, I can! Percussion work does two things that seem opposed to each other: relaxing and activating muscle tissue by interrupting firing circuits allowing for proper function to be restored. It also increases circulation, smooths thickened fascia and improves lymphatic flow.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body’s connective tissue network called the fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches and neck pain.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a therapeutic technique using suction beneath a small vessel placed on the skin which allows subcutaneous tissue to be stretched (think of the flakey biscuit commercial where they show the layers being pulled apart!) This allows increased blood flow and metabolic waste to e cleared (that’s the spots you may have seen on your favorite athlete). This promotes healing and proper functioning of muscles.
